"*Update: Over the last few months things have gone downhill! Have tried to call on multiple occasions and not able to get through. Debby and Erica were always great at getting the phone or at least calling you back. Well, I learned from a friend that's also a customer that they ended up going into the office because they were having the same issue. They told me that both Debby and Erica are no longer there... not by their choice. Well, I'll be moving my business. I hope I can find Debby or Erica!!* I’ve worked with Debby and Erica for some time now, and they’ve consistently provided exceptional service from day one. "I have been with this office for over 30 years, but that was when Jon Veersma was the owner/agent. He had 2 office representatives (Erica and Debbie). They were very pleasent, knowledgeable, and always very helpful when I would call to ask them to explain something about my policies. After this agent took over things have changed. The representatives (Erica&Debbie) are no longer working there. Also, I called Todd to ask him to explain about the Personal Injury Protection coverage on my vehicles, and I was given the wrong information by him.I found this out after calling another state farm local office. I have decided to transfer all my policies to another office in which the owner/agent has been in business for many years, and is more experienced. Everything I have stated here has been told directly to Todd Heaters owner/agent. Maybe you'll have a better experience."
